A complimentary first-year maintenance visit. About 12 months after installation, a Garage Door Doctor technician returns to service your new door at no cost to you. That visit includes:
- A full safety inspection of springs, rollers, cables, hinges, and tracks.
- Lubrication of rollers, pulleys, and cables, plus spring adjustment as needed.
- An opener tune-up, including limit switch settings and a keypad and remote battery check.
- A written summary of anything that needs attention, reviewed with you before we leave.
It is the same visit included in our Residential Preventive Maintenance Program, which normally runs $99 a year.
